1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1  By accessing or using the ppg688 platform at ppg688.app (the "Platform"), including any sub-pages, services, games, or features offered thereon, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.4  Employees. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of ppg688 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold a player account or participate in real-money wagers on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1  One Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active ppg688 account. The creation, maintenance, or use of multiple accounts — including accounts in the names of third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3.5  Personal Use. Your ppg688 account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any credits therein to any third party. Wagers must be placed solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1  Accepted Payment Methods. ppg688 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank / M2U, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, FPX Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.2  Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the ppg688 account dashboard and may vary by payment method. ppg688 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3  Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to Touch n Go eWallet and Boost eWallet are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank PBe, and FPX are typically completed within one business hour. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification.

4.4  Withdrawal Restrictions. A deposit must be wagered at least once prior to withdrawal to confirm it was deposited for gaming purposes and not solely for payment processing. Deposits withdrawn without satisfying this single-turnover requirement may be subject to a processing fee of up to 5% of the deposit amount. Bonus credits are subject to specific wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms.

4.5  Source of Funds. All funds deposited into your ppg688 account must originate from a payment method registered in your name. ppg688 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations and to refuse or delay transactions that do not satisfy those checks.

5.2  Wagering Requirements. Bonus credits are not withdrawable as cash until the associated wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount) has been satisfied. The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period are specified in each promotion's terms. Games may contribute to wagering at different rates; refer to the individual promotion terms for contribution percentages.

5.3  ppg688 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a Member has satisfied the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus credits and any winnings derived solely from those credits will be removed from the account.

5.4  Bonuses are intended for recreational use. Any evidence of systematic exploitation of ppg688's bonus structures — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated account use — will result in the forfeiture of associated bonuses, promotional winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.5  ppg688 reserves the right to limit or deny bonus eligibility to any Member at its sole discretion, including Members who have historically demonstrated low net gaming value relative to bonus claims.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1  The specific rules for each game available on the ppg688 platform are set out within the game interface and/or associated help documentation. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules.

6.2  In the event of a disconnection during live casino gameplay, the following applies: (a) if no bet has been placed, no action is taken; (b) if a bet has been placed and a hand/round result has been recorded on the server, the result stands; (c) if a bet has been placed but no result has been determined, ppg688 will endeavour to complete the round and settle the bet upon reconnection. ppg688 shall not be liable for disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.

6.3  In the event of an obvious error — including incorrect odds, malfunction of game software, or clearly erroneous payout — ppg688 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. ppg688's decision in such matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 14.

6.4  ppg688 reserves the right to void any bet that ppg688 reasonably determines was placed in contravention of these Terms, including bets placed using bonus credits in an ineligible game category.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ppg688 Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Participating in the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner that gives an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of advantage play that exploits errors or unintended game behaviour;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ppg688 staff or other Members via any communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming restriction implemented by ppg688;
• Exploiting bonus structures in bad faith as described in Section 5.4.

ppg688 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold all balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1  All content on the ppg688 Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, user interface design, trademarks, logos, and written content — is the property of ppg688 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without ppg688's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppg688 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.2  ppg688's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ppg688 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3  ppg688 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. ppg688 will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

10. Privacy

10.1  ppg688 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2  ppg688 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to service providers necessary for the operation of the Platform (payment processors, game studios, identity verification providers) and regulatory bodies as required by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1  ppg688 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following self-service tools accessible from every Member's account dashboard without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over specified periods. Once reached, further gameplay is suspended until the limit period resets or the limit is reduced.
• Session Time Limits: Receive on-screen reminders after specified durations of continuous play.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

12.1  ppg688 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; extended period of inactivity; or at the Member's own request.

12.2  Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., no breach of Terms), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their preferred withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, less any applicable processing fees.

12.3  Accounts closed due to material breach of these Terms — including multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity — may have their balances withheld pending investigation. ppg688 will cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation and reporting of suspected criminal activity.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1  ppg688 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1  These Terms and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ppg688 operates under its international gaming authority licence. ppg688 operates under international gaming authority licensing guidelines.

14.2  Disputes. In the event of any dispute regarding bet settlement, account actions, or the interpretation of these Terms, the Member should contact ppg688 customer support in the first instance. ppg688 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receiving a complete written complaint.

14.3  If a dispute cannot be resolved through ppg688's internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed independent arbitration process before pursuing any other legal remedy. ppg688's records — including server logs, bet records, and transaction history — shall constitute prima facie evidence in any dispute.
